Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the tour start time. For cancellations within the 24-hour window, tickets are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that travel can be unpredictable. If you are unwell or experiencing documented train/flight delays, please contact us immediately to review your case for rescheduling or a potential refund.

Arrival & “Catching Up”

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and our restaurant partners, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

If you are running late: Please notify us or your guide immediately. While the group must depart on time, we will do our absolute best to help you catch up with the group at a later stop. Arrivals after the start time without prior notice are considered “no-shows” and are non-refundable.

Currency & Payments

All bookings are processed in Euros (€). Savor Italy Tours is not responsible for any currency exchange fees or commissions charged by your personal bank. All refunds will be issued for the exact Euro amount received by our processor.

Weather & Guarantee

Tours operate rain or shine. Since we have no minimum participant requirement, your tour is guaranteed to proceed once you receive a confirmation. In the rare event of extreme weather that forces a suspension of the tour by our guide, you will be reimbursed based on the remaining time or offered a full refund if suspended at the start.

Media & Liability

By participating, you grant Savor Italy Tours a royalty-free license to use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Savor Italy Tours acts as an agent and is not liable for accidents, delays, or injuries involving third-party venues or transportation.
