We believe in true Italian hospitality. You are guaranteed to leave our tours full and satisfied. If at any point you feel the food or wine is not enough, please speak to your guide immediately—we are here to ensure you savor every drop and every bite!
Language Preferences +
Our standard tours are conducted in English. For bookings in other languages, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to arrange a specialist guide.
While we always try our absolute best to accommodate, if a language-specific guide is unavailable, the tour will proceed in English. If your preferred language is essential to your experience, we are happy to help you change your tour date to a time when that specific guide is available.
Best Price Guarantee +
If you find an identical service (same route, group size, and inclusions) offered at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it. Contact us before booking to claim your direct-booking rate.
Flexibility & Cancellation Policy +
During High Season (April 15 – Sept 30 | Nov 15 – Dec 30), bookings are firm to protect our local vendor commitments. However, for direct bookings, we offer a 24-hour flexibility window for changes and will review special cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
Arrival & “Catch-Up” Support +
Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you are delayed, we will try our best to assist you in catching up with the group. Note that catch-up is not guaranteed, as our guides must maintain focus on the group’s experience. If you are unable to join the group, it is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
The “Fine Print” +
Currency: Bookings are in USD. Refunds are for the USD amount received; bank exchange fees are the guest’s responsibility. Safety: We accommodate vegetarians with notice. Savor Italy Tours acts as an agent and is not liable for third-party incidents. Media: Participation grants us a license to use tour media for promotional purposes.
